If problems persist, Verizon has acknowledged limitations on their NAT table with more than 10 network devices (regardless of manufacturer) and have suggested exchanging the router for a newer version.
Scenario
If Players keep dropping off the network and Players can’t upgrade this should be checked to fix the problem. IGMP Proxy interferes with the BluOS firmware. Verizon’s IGMP (Multicast) is designed for devices that do not require a Multicast Routing Protocol. This Multicast system is not supported by the BluOS Players and it should be disabled to ensure proper communication between Players on the network.
Configuration
- Go to Advanced
- Respond Yes to the Do you want to Proceed? warning
- Select IGMP Proxy
- At the top of the list IGMP Proxy (Enable/Disable), make sure its set to Disabled.

Notes
