BluOS Controller app
- Android/iOS - Launch the BluOS Controller app, select the Home tab > Settings button > Send Support Request.
- Windows/macOS - Launch the BluOS Controller app; under the left Navigation Drawer, select Help > Send Support Request.
- Note: The Support Request automatically includes the player's diagnostic log.
