How do I check the remaining space on the Vault's Hard Drive?

View VAULT's Internal Storage Usage

To view the VAULT's Internal Storage Usage, perform the following steps:

Android/iOS - View VAULT's Internal Storage Usage

  1. Launch the BluOS Controller app, navigate to the Players tab 001_Playerstab_button.png, and select the required VAULT.
  2. Tap the Home tab 006_Hometab_button.png > Settings button 007_Settings_button.png > Music library > Disk usage.
  3. The Disk usage screen displays the following: 
    • Total disk space in GB
    • Disk space used in GB
    • Remaining space in GB 

Windows/macOS - View VAULT's Internal Storage Usage

  1. In the BluOS Controller App, select the Player Drawer and select the required VAULT.
  2. Under the left Navigation Drawer, select Settings > Music library > Disk usage.
  3. The Disk usage screen displays the following: 
    • Total disk space in GB
    • Disk space used in GB
    • Remaining space in GB

Note: The BluOS Interface swap feature (BluOS 3.x.x to/from BluOS 4.x.x) will be discontinued with the release of the latest BluOS firmware in mid-Spring 2024.

In the BluOS App, select the Vault from the Player Selection Drawer using the icon in the top right corner.  Once selected, open the Navigation Drawer by selecting the Bluesound Icon in the top left.  

Select Settings, Disk Usage.

There, you will be able to read info about the Total Disk Space, Disk Space Used and Remaining Space on your Vault.
