Note – You will not be able to see your order history in My account if:
- You checked out as a guest and did not register for an account.
- You used a different email with the order.
- You created an account before October 2021(the new site launched).
To receive purchase history details of the order(s) placed before October 2021, please send us a Support request with the Order Number.
