Important Notes:
- Except for the NODE ICON, connecting a Bluesound Player directly to your computer via USB for music playback is not supported.
- The NODE ICON features a USB Type C port that allows PC input.

Bluesound VAULT Models:
- Using a USB connection, you CANNOT directly connect a Bluesound VAULT model to a computer for drag-and-drop music transfer. This can be accomplished through a network connection. Refer to our Bluesound Support Guide for guidance on accessing the VAULT's internal storage using a computer.
USB (MINI-B Port)
The USB Mini-B port located on the rear of the Bluesound Player serves as a Service Port and is not recognized by the BluOS Firmware. The SERVICE port is not intended for consumer use. Only authorized Bluesound Service personnel can access this USB port and the SERVICE control button.
USB INPUT (TYPE C)
The NODE ICON is equipped with a USB Type C port that supports PC input.
USB INPUT (TYPE A)
All Bluesound Players are equipped with a USB TYPE A port, enabling you to connect an external USB music library (USB mass storage device) and access it conveniently through the BluOS Controller app.
Bluesound Players typically support USB mass storage devices such as portable flash memory devices and external hard drives formatted in FAT32. For further details, refer to our Bluesound Support Guide for more information.
USB OUTPUT (TYPE A)
Bluesound NODE models* can transfer digital audio (USB Audio 2.0) to an external DAC via the USB TYPE A slot.

When connecting an external DAC to the USB port of NODE Players*, the USB port is automatically enabled. Refer to our Bluesound Support Guide for more information.
