We know you will enjoy listening to your music with Bluesound so the Bluesound.com store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee* to make sure it's the right high-performance music system for you. If you are not happy with your purchase, refer to "How do I request a refund?". Although Bluesound does not charge our customers for shipping, should you wish to return the item within the first 30 days for any reason other than warranty, you will be required to pay for return shipping (flat rate $40)** to our warehouse.
*This policy covers purchases on the Bluesound.com store. When the product is received in good condition, we will refund your full purchase price including tax.
**$40 flat rate shipping cost is deducted from the refund at the time of return and refund processing. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for packages that weigh more than 75lbs. You will be notified of additional charges before return labels are issued.
2. Free Shipping
Bluesound offers free shipping for all products purchased from Bluesound.com. Once you have successfully purchased an item from Bluesound.com and payment has cleared, your shipping information will be sent directly to you. In most cases please allow 2 business days for shipment of purchased items to leave the warehouse, however, shipping may take longer in some cases due to holidays or office closures.

Our team is ready online to assist you in diagnosing and solving any issues that you may experience when using a Bluesound product. If we are unable to resolve the issue via our Support Center, you may be entitled to a warranty claim under the terms of Bluesound’s limited warranty.
If you purchased a Bluesound product from an authorized Bluesound retailer, please contact the Bluesound distributor in your country for assistance with warranty claims. Bluesound authorized distributors to determine the warranty policy for Bluesound products in their own country and only validate the warranty in the country where the product was purchased.
