Help - Send Support Request will most likely be your best option.
One ore more of your files/album artwork is probably "corrupted" in one way or another.
Sending a support request will also send a log file from your player. That log will give you/support the file the indexing is stopping at.
If a corrupt file/artwork is discovered during indexing, from memory, I think indexing will "restart" a few times before it stops.

To see indexing in real time, after clicking "Reindex music collection", wait a few seconds and then ; "Settings - Music Library".

    For now
Deleted all graphic art from the folders..
    All jpg, bmp, tif, gif.
The index process seems to be quicker, about 30min... But still no music library on the left drawer.

Help - Diagnostics - Rebuild index will "refresh" existing data.

    Thank you
    Tried it
    Didn't help
Sent mail to the support team
I'm quite sure something in the library doesn't fit to the indexing requirements.
