Sound cutting in and out on NODE when playing Amazon and Radio Paradise
AnsweredHi: I was listening to Amazon and Radio Paradise with my NODE (N130)last night and the sound kept cutting in and out, basically starting and stopping.
It usually does this once in a while, but last night was very annoying.
I checked my wireless signal strength at that time and it was 'Good' (green bars).
Any idea how 'bad' the signal has to be before it affects the sound to cut in and out?
Thanks,Keith

Hi Keith,
It could be multiple reasons why your streaming audio is cutting in and out. One best that I can recommend that you can do is to perform a complete reboot of your networking appliance (modem, router, switch, and access points). If rebooting does not help, I suggest for you to send in support request using the BluOS app, BluOS app >> Help >> Send Support Request. This way, we can see and review diagnostic logs.

Thanks for the reply.
How 'bad' does the wireless signal have to be on the NODE(N130) before it starts to act up,as far as sound cutting in and out or freezing?
Four bars is 'Excellent',three bars is 'Good'? Thanks,Keith

I usually have a signal strength between -65 and -72 dBm, and have no issues streaming 24/192.0 -
Thanks...Keith

I have the same issue when streaming Qobuz. This only started after the last BluOs update on 26 April. I never had a problem before this update. Im using a wired connection.
I will try Radio Paradise. There was a similar problem before with Tidal: https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049509453-Tidal-cutting-out-repeatedly
