Logitech Harmony Ultimate (hub) and IR Learning NAD C700

I want to able to control my NAD C700 with my Logitech Harmony Ultimate (hub). The NAD C700 is not (yet) in the Harmony database.

First option:

This option does not seem to work. I'm able to add the NAD M12, but after that I'm stuck, don't know that to do or how to do it, and I can't find detailed steps what to do exactly. In the end, the NAD C700 does not respond to my Harmony.

Second option:

I'm not able to learn the IR codes to my Harmony; when I'm instructed to press a button on the remote (e.g. volume up), when I press it, nothing happens, so the instruction is not learned.

Third option:

• The Bluesound remote control (RC1). I doesn't come with the NAD C700 by default. It also hasn't got the option to select inputs, so I don't want it.

Fourth option:

• Contact Logitech support to add the NAD C700. I did that. They can do it when they have the Hex / Pronto codes, so I've requested these from NAD. No response, yet, after a few days.

Any help is appreciated!
