Is my Bluesound Player a Qobuz® Connect Device?

Qobuz subscribers can access millions of songs from anywhere in the home using Qobuz Connect and Bluesound. It can be easily controlled using the BluOS Controller and Qobuz Apps.

All Bluesound Players now support Qobuz Free and Premium accounts. For more information, refer to our Help Center article.

You can visit www.Qobuz.com to create a Qobuz account (premium options available).

Qobuz Connect

To Qobuz Connect Bluesound Players, perform the following steps:

Note: Ensure that the Qobuz App (mobile/computer) is on the same WiFi network as the Bluesound Player(s).

After establishing Qobuz Connect with the desired player, you gain access to a range of limited tasks from the Now Playing screen, including the ability to Play/Pause and skip to the Next/Previous tracks.

  1. In the Qobuz App, play the required audio track.
  2. Select Qobuz Connect QC2.png and select the required Bluesound Player to play the audio track.

Disconnect Qobuz Connect

To disconnect the Bluesound Player from Qobuz Connect, perform the following steps:

Android/iOS - Disconnect Qobuz Connect

  1. In the BluOS Controller App, select the Players tab Playerstab_icon.png and select the Bluesound Player connected to another Qobuz Account.
  2. Tap the Music tab 017_Musictab_button.png.
  3. Under the Music Services section, select Manage > Qobuz.
  4. Tap Logout.

Windows/macOS - Disconnect Qobuz Connect

  1. Launch the BluOS Controller app and select the Player connected to Qobuz Connect from the My Players drawer.
  2. Under the left Navigation drawer, select Music Services > Qobuz.
  3. Select Logout.

Notes

  • The Qobuz Icon in the Music Services menu of the BluOS Controller App is a shortcut to the Qobuz App installation from Qobuz.com (Windows/macOS), App Store(iOS), and Google Play (Android).
  • Qobuz does not require configuration in the BluOS Controller App.
  • Android/iOS: A Qobuz Icon appears in the Music Tab 017_Musictab_button.png > Music Services section when any Bluesound Player has been used as a Qobuz Connect device. Selecting this icon resumes the currently paused stream or playlist in the connected Qobuz account.
  • Windows/macOS: A Qobuz Icon appears in the Navigation drawer of any Bluesound Player that has been used as a Qobuz Connect device. Selecting this icon resumes the currently paused stream or playlist in the connected Qobuz account.
