Disable Passive Reporting
To disable passive reporting of Bluesound Players:
Android/iOS - Disable Passive Reporting
- In the BluOS Controller app, tap the Home tab
> Settings button

- Under the Help & Support section, tap Diagnostics.
- Toggle Off the Statistics collection.
Windows/macOS - Disable Passive Reporting
- In the BluOS Controller app, under the left Navigation Drawer, select Help > Diagnostics.
- Toggle Off the Statistics collection.
