Another request for level adjustments between input
BeantwortetOver the last couple of years there has been several requests for making it possible to add gain to the Optical and HDMI inputs because many get annoyed that e.g. Tidal is much louder than e.g. TV via optical input.

The following article explains the issue https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/8112483797655-Why-do-I-find-a-volume-difference-between-HDMI-Optical-source-and-Music-Service- and it suggest a work-around using presets for specific playlists etc with a default volume setting.
Would it be possible to add an option to attenuate all "internal sources" by 6 or 12 dB? With 24bit output then maybe this would by an acceptable compromise between sound quality and ease of use.
Alternatively 6 or 12 dB gain on the digital input with AGC would work since the Sound quality from TV is much lower priority than music playback for me.
I use the digital output on the Node2 to keep everything in the digital domain until it reach my active speakers.
Best regards
