    1. Restart your entire network including your Bluesound NODE 2i.
    2. If your device is on WiFi, make sure the WiFi strength is either excellent or good. Above -60dBm is considered weak and will experience dropouts - What should my Wireless Signal Strength be for best performance? – The Bluesound Support Crew
