Pulse Flex 2i with turntable

Hello,

I'm a pretty beginner to turntables and I wonder what do I need to listen Vinly records with my pulse flex 2i? Should my turntable has built-in phono amplifier or can analog input on my pulse flex handle that? 

I'm planning to buy a turntable, and I wonder what type of turntable or system I should have.

  You will require a Phono Pre-amp. We are big fans of the NAD PP2e.

  Thank you for the answer. So I am understanding that either I will need a turntable with built-in phono amp or any turntable + phono pre-amp, am I right?
