Searching the speakers takes a very long time

Hi Bluesound team,

sometimes my Bluesound Android app takes very long to find my speakers. Most of the time it's > 30 seconds, what is really annoying. I think the problem might be, that I have two different envirionments: home and office. Both equipped with Bluesound speakers. I looks like the app has trouble to adopt to different environments...

Can you check and solve this issue?

  I am escalating your issue to our Support Crew so they may be able to reach out and provide more 1:1 troubleshooting and look for issues on your network causing the lag
