Playing music from NAS to Home Theater group

I have pulse soundbar 2i and Flex 2i in a home theater group that I can play music from radio and spotify without problem.

But if I try to play music from my Synology NAS I can select a song but the music does not start.

I have two more Flex 2i in different locations in my home, from thoes I can play music from my NAS. But if I try to add the speakers in the home theater group the music stops and will not start until I remove the speakers again.

all my speakers have the latest FW

  Can you double-check the permissions if they are set up correctly? Please refer to this link on how to set up Synology NAS - Synology NAS and Network Discovery Configurations – The Bluesound Support Crew.
  
  If you have confirmed that the permissions are set and still having issues playing audio files, please send us support request using the BluOS app. This way we can review the diagnostic logs.
