    Hi Morten,

    Can you double-check the permissions if they are set up correctly? Please refer to this link on how to set up Synology NAS - Synology NAS and Network Discovery Configurations – The Bluesound Support Crew.

    If you have confirmed that the permissions are set and still having issues playing audio files, please send us support request using the BluOS app. This way we can review the diagnostic logs.
