Just updated the new version of BluOS app 3.18.1. I can now load Qobuz recommended playlist. Glad that it is resolved.

So just need to delete the BluOs App and then download the new one? No reboot or anything else?

    Ray,

I didn’t delete the old one. Just downloaded the updated version and it replace the old one. I didn’t notice any changes with the new app. However, it fixed the problem.

you could also delete the old app and install latest version. That works as well.

    Jmarg1950,

Well I deleted the App and then downloaded the new one. Strange it went straight backto my last music I was playing, I thought everything would have been cleared.

Also I signed out of Qobuz and rebooted but this has not solved my issue. I played Radio Paradise last night for nearly 3 hours no dropouts at all, yet Qobuz get them about every 20 minutes but does vary.

    Hi-Res

The App is a controller (think remote control) so deleting it will not effect the current play queue of any hardware. In fact you can play music, delete the app and it will continue to play.

This thread is about Qobuz playlists not loading on iOS if there are less than 30 tracks in the playlist and fixed with an iOS Bluesound app update.

Would suggest that in the Bluesound App you select Help…Send Support Request immediately after you get the next dropout.

Thanks, trying various things, new router and cables, see if that helps but this only started after the last firmware update in April. My Qobuz contract ends tomorrow, as I had loads of problems. I will be going elsewhere.

Have sent a Support Request. So fed up with this. There is nothing wrong with the network, it has been tested. Im using wired connection anyway.

Seems similar to this issue: https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049509453-Tidal-cutting-out-repeatedly

    Hey Ray,

Can you make sure your BluOS controller is updated to 3.18.1? We just released an update targeting this issue.

Support are helping me to resolve this issue but nothing is working.

Something changed with the firmware update.

Never had any problems before that.

Totally fed up with Bluesound, following the firmware update 26 April, Qobuz streaming has been wrecked on my Node 2.

Never had an issues before that update.

Nothing support has suggested has worked to resolve this issue.

    Ray,

sorry you’re still having an issue. After I updated the IOS BluOS app on my iPhone, Qobuz ‘recommended playlists’ are now loading normally.
I hope you are able to resolve.
