    UPDATE:

Thank you all for your patience - we have been able to replicate the issue here in our Quality Assurance lab. The issue is only affecting iOS-based users. If you are on an Android device (including Kindle) or using a PC (Windows or Mac) - your playlists should load.

We hope to release an update to the BluOS Controller App for iOS to resolve this issue in the coming days.

We again apologise for the inconvenience.

Hello, who of you uses BluOS with Qubuz on a Node?

Can you play playlists without any problems ?

    Hi Patrick

In the BluOS App, under Music Services, please log out of QoBuz. Select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your player. Once restarted, log back into QoBuz.

If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so our Support Crew can review your log file.

I’ve the same issue with Qobuz since some days. The playlist used to work well but not anymore - issue with the new firmware?

Same issue here as Patrick & Yannick - Qobuz playlists not loading when using BluOS app to stream via node.
TIDAL playlists DO work via BluOS however - so this is a Quboz (compatibility) issue

The ‘reboot’ help suggestion does not solve it btw

Can confirm. Qobuz playlists are not working on mobile app. Works fine on PC though. So I can't use playlists on the phone any more, you just killed the whole concept of network streamer with this update. Unbelievable.

    Blusound replied: to me:
Quboz via node cannot load playlists of more than 20 tracks since last update.
    No ETA of fix.

Thank you all for your patience- we have been able to replicate the issue here in our Quality Assurance lab and the NEW API provided by Qobuz loading more than 30 songs from a playlist. We are investigating and hope to release an update as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your patience.

It's been 8 days now, and still no update to the BluOS Controller App for iOS (to run my T778).
I'm starting to loose faith in BlueSound / NAD, and I've been a NAD customer for the past 40 years. Sad :(
