Speakers out of sync

I have two Pulse 2i and one Mini Pulse, I have all three set on a daily alarm to play NPR via TuneIn but the Mini is out of sync with the two Pulse 2  ( it plays a few seconds ahead).  In addition the Mini is dropped from the speaker group

Sometimes it is even playing a different feed (National NPR vs local NPR) even though I  have only one NPR on Preset.

If I pause all and restart, it is back in sync

It was all working fine until a few months ago when I changed the WIFI password, having this problem since.  I have rebooted the WiFi and rebooted/updated the speakers.
