YouTube Music service native integration
AnsweredWhile your list of natively supported music services continues to impress, I find it difficult to believe that YouTube Music has not made the list. There are other threads that mention Chromecast (which I currently use over digital coax to Chrome Audio on NAD M10 v2) but I'm much more interested in having a clean integrated solution.
Support, please provide us a clear direct answer as to why this feature is lacking for one of the most popular services out there. I challenge YouTube with the same question. I'm not looking for finger pointing but just want to emphasize that your current customers, potential customers as well and Youtube and Bluesound would really benefit.

I created an account just so I could add to this.
I'm looking at buying a NAD C3050, and I was going to get it with the BluOS MDC2 for streaming. Seemed like a no-brainer. Now I find out that it doesn't support YouTube Music, and I don't need multi-room support, so really all I would get is room correction, which I don't think is worth the price. I guess I'll just have to stream YTM through my tv via ChromeCast. No biggie, but still a bit of a shame. It would have been much nicer to be able to stream directly to the amp. At least it saves me a bit of money.0 -
Is the audio quality of YTM in balance with NAD. On this level I would choose for Deezer or Roon-isch streaming platforms.

YTM supports 256kbps for premium accounts. Not awesome, but it does sound better than Pandora (192k max), and SiriusXM (64-256kbps) which are also supported by NAD/Bluseound.
