Wireless rear surround with Pulse Flex 2i
AnsweredI have a top of the line, Pioneer Elite LX-901 (WiFi/Bluetooth), and I need to implement wireless rear surround speakers due to wiring issues. Can I use two Pulse Flex 2i speakers? And how would I interface them with the LX-901? Do I need to use wireless audio adaptors for each channel versus the wireless receivers built into the Flex 2i? I need the front speakers to be wired and I would like to continue using a wired center channel. Would it help to use a Windows Media PC, which I also have connected to the LX-901?
After some research it appears to me that no wants to help the typical A/V family with migration to wireless, they want you to ditch wired all together for a whole new wireless system?

Hi Bill
The PULSE FLEX will only work as wireless Home Theatre Speakers in a Home Theatre Group with other BluOS Players that support DOLBY. They cannot be used as rear speakers with other third-party products.

Same here. Would like to expand my NAD C399 with two Pulse Flex 2i speakers. I've opened a thread in the feature request area a few days ago:
