Bluos upgrade issue

About a week ago I received a message that a Bluos upgrade was available. The Bluos module started downloading the upgrade, but since then the NAD 368 display gives the message "executing bluois upgrade" for hours and hours, days and days. Prior to this update the display showed the actual song that was played. This has now disappeared.

So, clearly something went wrong. How to repair?

  In The BluOS App, please select Help, About - if it does not read BluOS 3.16.1, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App.
