You could try a factory reset, this does not erase music stored but does remove all settings and music services.

If a reset does not help then you can contact support directly via email support@bluesound.com

How can you do a factory reset if the it’s flashing red. That means it has no power and isn’t connected to the internet

The OP said he has a red LED, no mention of it flashing.

Regardless, instructions to factory reset are here…

How long should it take for the factory data reset to complete. My playe has been sitting trying to reboot for minutes. Is that normal?

    Soul Man, Seppi,
We followed the factory reset instructions in the link above to the letter.
We got the all lights as described in the instructions:

    1. Reconnect the player to the electrical power outlet.
    2. Once the status indicator LED turns Red, pressa) and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button. The LED immediately turns Green and then Red. Continue holding* the PLAY/PAUSE button for 30 seconds.
Note: a)Keep your finger upright while pressing the PLAY/PAUSE button to ensure direct contact.
    3. After 30 seconds, the LED blinks Red – then release the button.

What we did not get is success

The factory reset is successful when the player:

    • Wired connection – Connects as a new player (LED turns solid Blue)

We are plugged into a live internet connection and all we get is RED.
