Always best to email NAD for NAD BluOS hardware support@nadelectronics.com

I am experiencing this as well along with other problems associated with the update.  So far there has been no update to address fixing the problems.  All I can suggest is to log a support request.  If they get enough of them maybe they will respond quicker.  Here is a link to my primary problem.  Are you experiencing this on your M10? https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/38631626719255

Yes it seems I'm having problems with filling my playlist too.

How can I submit a support request (first time forum user)? Should I do this with Bluos or NAD?

I have the same problem on my NAD C700. Replay gain no longer works since the update to 4.14.9.

An email has been sent to: support@nadelectronics.com

    Bug confirmed by NAD:

Following discussions with our Engineering team regarding this replay gain issue, they have replicated the issue in our labs. Our Engineering team will conduct further investigation and provide a fix for this issue in an upcoming firmware update.

Ok, good to hear this has been confirmed and will be fixed. Hopefully the playlist issue will be fixed as well.

    Thx guys for your comments.

A week later, despite the release of firmware 4.14.12, the ReplayGain tag failure bug persists (in my case, on the NAD C399). I opened a ticket at support@nadelectronics.com and received a canned response saying they're working on it but don't know when it will be fixed. All I can do is wait and hope...

That is strange, the latest update fixed the ReplayGain bug on my 1st gen NAD M10. As of yesterday all my tracks play at the same volume again.

The thing with the playlists also seems fixed, so I'm happy (until the next update?).

Hopefully they'll sort it out for the C399 too...

Unfortunately, I can't say I'm quite as happy. And the ReplayGain bug isn't even the worst part: it happens almost constantly that when I turn on the amplifier using the BluOS app, the NAD turns on but doesn't make any sound. To make matters worse, if I try to change the audio source, the only thing I get is that the front power button stops working completely. I'm then forced to turn it off using the switch on the back. If I then restart from the app, I finally get the music, but the song playing isn't the one shown in the app... Maybe I should try a factory reset or an exorcist. On the other hand, I've never had any problems with playlists...
