RT-100 does not connect to Pulse Soundbar 2i
AnsweredWhy is Bluesound support have been trash lately. I left a VM, opened a ticket, now I'm at my last straw, I'm going to try the community.
I bought the RT-100 so I can connect the Bluesound Pulse Soundbar 2i with my Tannoy Sub. I can't pair it the RT-100 with my soundbar. The sales rep told me that I could add a sub by buying an RT-100. The instructions are difficult and there isn't an option.
Any anyone out there? if not I'm returning it

Hi Tony,
I'm familiar with that article. I have a non Bluesound sub.
For pictorial purpose: Soundbar 2i > RT-100 > Non-Bluesound sub.
How do you pair the RT-100 with Soundbar 2i? I tried all 3 channels, nothing works!
