Hello Markus,
Please first try logging out of Amazon from the BluOS app (Music Services > Amazon Music) and then logging back in.
If you still receive errors, it is likely due to the Amazon server outage as mentioned here: https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360051405554-Amazon-Music-HD-streaming-error
