    Hello all,

Today we have received a number of similar inquiries. Upon investigation, it appears there is a service outage from Amazon; we have determined that the Amazon Web Services (AWS) server from which your Bluesound players pull data from are experiencing an outage.

We are in touch with our contacts at Amazon, who hope to have this resolved soon.

Thank you for your continued patience.

    Regards,
    Sam R.

I'm getting the same thing with my 2x Pulse Mini with Amazon Unlimited streaming. Hopefully, they look into this soon. =(

Curious as to whether you are also experiencing any hiccups/stutters while streaming or any other sort of playback of tracks, streaming or attached SSD, or network storage?

Same for me as of today with Amazon Music HD - all tracks give me the 84 error code. Spotify works fine. As does local network streaming. For a while Amazon was stuttery, but that problem seems to have been solved after a recent update.

I usually just streams Amazon music or listen to my FLACS from my Synology NAS.

FLACS thru Synology NAS is working flawlessly.

This all started after the latest BluOS update.

Good luck All. This couldn't have come at a worst time. We need holiday music. LOL

There is apparently an AWS outage - maybe connected to that.
