Node100 Gen1 Not Discoverable
I just installed a more powerful router system (Google Nest). The BS Soundbar and subwoofer are recognized. The soundbar is direct wired by ethernet to the router. Neither my iPhone (model X) or the desktop app identify the Node 100 (Mac 90:56:82:3F:56:A6). I should see NODE 56A6, right ? I don’t see anything that says Node. I am connected to the new WiFi. Other devices connected to the wireless router perform competently. The Node is maybe 30 feet from the router. It has been unplugged a couple of times to reset it. It is flashing green LED. I tried directly connecting it to the router with ethernet cable. Not recognized.
Could I pay a fee for faster service from bluesound?

Hi Chan, I'd recommend a factory reset of your Node, before attempting to connect it to your new router. Here's how:
https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/200272036-How-do-I-perform-a-factory-reset-on-my-Gen-1-Bluesound-Player-Node-Powernode-Vault-
(Flashing green LED means your Node is attempting to connect to your previous router.)Best, KriHad
