trigger out for node 2
hello,
I just purchased a node 2 and so far I am very pleased with it.
I would like to use the trigger feature to wake up my cambridge CXA60, which as a trigger-in feature.
However,I am not sure on the type of interconnect I should use: the node 2 has a minijack (3.5mm) trigger-out, and the cambridge cxa60 has a mono RCA trigger-in.
Should I use any type of mono minijack to RCA mono? From what I understood from the forums, the trigger out minijack should be stereo (2 circles), but I cannot find any stereo mini jack to RCA cable, I only find mono (1 circle) to mono RCA.
What do you advise?

I believe the CXA 60 only has the Control Bus connections (those RCA jacks) and they aren't the same as DC trigger inputs / outputs. The CXA 61 was upgraded with DC trigger in and out jacks.
The Node 2 uses a 3.5mm mono cable (as stated in the user manual).
I don't think you'll be able to trigger the Cambridge amp with the Node 2. Check with Cambridge audio to confirm this.

Hi Guiom, did you manage to turn on your cambridge device using the trigger out?
