Over a week ago I tried to update my bluesound, but it got stuck in red light during the update. I've tried running it like normal (with a cable for internet) and on wifi with no success. Than i've tried to update with a USB stick, still no respons. Last i've tried to reboot it several times, but it just get back into solid red.
I've contacted bluesound twice on email, first time more then 7 days ago and nothing happens? Has anyone tried something like this before, and have som information about what to do. Or is it just that simple, that bluesound doesn't offer support and when the product fails you just throw it out and buy another brand?
