    Hello Tom,

The hotspot should appear once you do the Factory Reset, and will show up as IP Address "10.1.2.3" under the System Info of your T758v3.

However if it does not, it may be faster to use an Ethernet connection temporarily so you may fill in your WiFi details. I will have steps below:

    1) Disconnect the power from your T758

    2) Connect an Ethernet cable directly to the receiver, which goes directly to your router

    3) Connect the power back into the receiver

    4) Wait until the T758 powers up

    5) Open the mobile BluOS controller while connected to the WiFi network of your home

    6) Select the 3 lines in the top left corner of the BluOS app and go to Settings

    7) Select Player and then WiFi

    8) Select the WiFi network you wish to connect to and enter the password for it

    9) Wait 5 minutes and then disconnect the power from your T758

    10) Disconnect the Ethernet cable and then reconnect the power

    Regards,
    Sam R.

First of all the receiver doesnt have an ethernet port.

The nad receiver who is reported with stickers to be a legit bluos player, has a usb hub with a bluetooth and wifi adapter attached to it.

You say connect to that ip address. But this will never work if im not connected to the hotspot. And i just did the complete factory reset succesfully ( all my settings are gone ) and i was waiting with my phone next to it to see its wifi hot spot. Nothing....

I can open up the bluos controller app on android but this will never work if the NADis not connected to the wifi....

So im lost here.. and very sad....

You will mostlikely send me to nad support now ...

Jeppe, i have solved the problem by changing the frequency of the channels from the router.
Log in to your router, then go to wifi and change the channel.

    Jeppe,

I did one simple thing that fixed all the issues imediatly......

I changed the usb hub to another one, and plugged in everything. It worked from then  instantly.
I also bought a cheap usb to utp converter to have a wired connection.

I spent like a year on this ....

Tom, heb jij die USB/ethernet met een 2.0 USB aangesloten?
Ik had t met een 3.0 USB geprobeerd maar lukte niet.
    Wat heb jij prc gedaan?

    Thanks for the input!

Augustin Safdi which wifi channel did you choose?

Tom Vandermaesen I have also been considering that the cause might be in the USB hub that came with my T758. Are you using an USB 2.0 or 3.0 hub?

Hi Jeppe, most of the time i pick channel 3 or 4.
When you do this, check your wifi speed and strenght of the signal.
When its green its more then fine.
You can check that in the Bluos app at the diagnostic.

This is all about the router.
Before i had this new router, ibhad never had problems with signal or channels.
So every new router can give some problems.
But then again, you Just have to look what router settings you have.
So the problems about taking out of the power and back is a known problem with the NAD Bluos.
It's all about getting the right settings on your router.
I hear some things like wiring a USB to an ethernet converter but only with a 2.0 USB.
I tried it with a 3.0 USB but no succes.
But when i found out that you Just have to change the channels in your router, i dont have issues no more.

    Hi Augustin,

Changing the WiFi channel actually did the job - thank you so much! I can't believe I spent months fixing the issue and the fix was so simple :)

    Hi Tom,

I have just tried to get an ethernet connection to our NAD T758v3 to work but failed!

Was any specific setup required or was it just "plug and play"? Were there any specific settings required at the router? Did the WiFi adapter need to be removed from the NAD USB hub first? Was it necessary to use a USB hub?

There doesn't seem to be any setting in the NAD to choose WiFi or ethernet connection.

I'm using a TrippLite ethernet/USB adapter.....could you confirm the exact model adapter you used?

Could you please let me have any advice you can offer, any tricks I might have missed!

    Thanks.

    Hi Dave,
Connexxion via cable does not work.
Just use wifi and check your router settings.
Just Read it in this topic.

    Hi Augustin,

Thanks for your comments.....I have read elsewhere that the ethernet cable connection via an USB adapter will work! The WiFi does sort of work but has proved to be not totally reliable and I'm investigating alternative network connection options. The issue may be which chipset driver the BluOS uses for the ethernet/USB adapter. It seems the ASIX chipset may be the only one supported. I've now discovered the TrippLite adapter uses a Realtek chipset.

    Hola!

    Hello!
I have been with exactly the same problem for 2 years. Connecting the T758v3 with my iPhone is practically a matter of luck. MADDENING. Much amplifier but a HORRIBLE connection technology.

After many connection problems, I decided to go to the technical service. They told me that the USB adapter was faulty and they replaced it. The result is exactly the same from the first moment you connect the adapter. It connects in minute 1 and in minute 2 it is already disconnected again. An horror!!!

By changing the channel of my router, I managed to stabilize the problem, but I considerably lowered the performance of my connection, so it does not seem like a suitable solution.

The solution has been to buy the USB to RJ45 adapter (Ugreen 2.0 with ASIX chipset) - € 12 in Amazon) that the other colleagues commented. Unbox, connect the ethernet cable and voila! Now the connection is perfect, there are no cuts and the app ALWAYS finds the T758v3.

I am really more than satisfied with my purchase of the adapter: I have the amplifier that I expected to have when I bought it !!! but sad because it is so difficult to connect such a wonderful amplifier as the NAD T758v3 via Wi-Fi.
