Wifi connection issues, factory reset doesn't work
AnsweredI tried to switch the wifi on my bluesound node 2 from network A to B. I made a typo in the password for network A and now my app doesn't "see" the node anymore. Both networks are up and running, the node is now blinking green all the time. A factory reset by reconnecting to power while holding the play/pause button doesn't help. Reinstalling the Android app doesn't help either. Bottom line: I have a node blinking green, an app that doesn't see it, two wifi networks running.....HELP

Hello Menno,
When carrying out the Factory Reset make sure you press on the play/pause button as soon as you see that Red LED turn on -- I often find people press on it a little late. You'll know you've got it in time when you see the LED turn green quickly and then back to red.
Failing that it may be faster to temporarily connect the Node via Ethernet and then redo the WiFi setup through the app all together.

The factory reset didn't work actually, the light stayed red before after a quick blue blink turning to constant green blinking again

Thanks, it did work eventually, after removing the input cables....
