Radio Paradise dropouts
AnsweredLately Radio Paradise does not work anymore for me. It drops out about every 5s for a few seconds. It does not seem to be related to wifi, because it also happens when connected via LAN cable, although less frequently.
The strange thing is that the same stream plays without any problem from TuneIn. So it is not even bandwidth related. Is buffering not working properly anymore?
Does anyone else have the same issue?

We have had heard of some reports of Radio Paradise having intermittent service issues in Europe and have mentioned it to them - we have not heard back yet. I would recommend you reach out to radioparadise.com as well.

There was a firmware update available today for the PulseFlex2i (again labelled v3.8.8), but there is no change in behaviour.
Still using TuneIn...

I am having the exact same issues for the last couple of days.
What was done to resolve last time ?.

I believe this particular case was resolved from Radio Paradise sever end. In your case however, the next time you have these dropouts occur please send our support crew a diagnostics log via Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached) so they may look into this more closely.

I did submit a support request from the BlueSound app with the log etc.
