Tidal account created using Apple ID and am unable to connect to Bluesound
Hi,
i created my tidal account using an Apple ID and this appears to be preventing me from logging into Bluesound (I have 2nd generation speakers, pulse mini, powernode 2 and pulse flex).
i am using an iPhone and iPad to log in via music services in the app.
Tidal asks me for a user name and password.
Have tried my Apple ID and the user ID tidal gave me (which is some random letters at a private relay Apple ID.com address. Neither works.
Can you please advise what I can’t do? Do I need to cancel the subscription? I am on a free trial, but can’t trial it on Bluesound.

Hello Steve,
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Tidal login. In the past, I have seen other users have trouble logging into Tidal when not using either a username or email address. At this time, what I would suggest is to reach out to Tidal to see if they can change your login credentials to either a username or an email address to see if this resolves the issue.
Since you are still within your trial period with Tidal, you could also sign up for a new account using an email address as this would prevent this issue from occurring.
In the meantime, I will bring this to the attention of our quality assurance team to investigate further to see if we can provide a solution to this issue in a future firmware update.
