Hi. After the 3.8.3 update for my Bluesound module (1) in NAD C388, I experience drop out every time I get it up and running again after restarts (power supply off-on) and connection strives through the app and the amp. It’s always after 4-5 min playing. I’ve called vendor supply for my NAD and have checked that Upnp-setting in router is open as recommended. There are only one network in the area so the issue with router channels i consider not to be the problem. I’ve tried factory reset, and all firmware is updated now. It all has worked perfectly until the update 3.8.3 two days ago, that’s why I propose the issue is connected to this. After drop-out I can’t connect via app anymore, but the amp display shows the connection to Spotify are still there (though not running the song), but the amp disappears from the connections list in the Spotify app, and the amp dissppears from the Bluesound app. Everything else works fine with the amp, I can connect Spotify via Bluetooth for example. The same drop-out also occurs when playing local radio through the Bluesound app.
