I have the same issue. I upgraded the App to 3.8.1 and the BluOS to 3.8.3 and have constant dropouts. I have a wired connection and I had no issues prior to the upgrade.

I'm also experiencing this issue, but with the NAD M10 amp with BlueOS 3.8.3 installed.

I actually have found some of a solution: For some reason my amp now shows up in the bluetooth connection list with two different names. When I connect to ther «new» one before starting up Bluesound app, the dropouts didn’t occur anymore. Somewhat strange is it that when opening Spotify app via Bluesound it asks me to choose between listening on the phone and the other alternative is the _old_ blietooth identity/name. So there see s to be two amps in a way. But this fixed the dropout problem, and I’v started up several times so it seems lik a stable solition. Lacks only now the former function that when in power iff//standby Incould start the amp via the Bluesound app, now I must use remote control or power on-button first. (Iphone X, BluOS app)

Same here. My set up is simple. Node 2i., linked to the internet through APPLE Airport , line out to a pre-amp. No single drop our experience before upgraded to 3..8.3
