Bluetooth connectivity issues both directions
AnsweredI recently bought a new node 2i. When I am trying to pair the streamer to my Samsung S9 (or any of the other phones her in the houdehold) it doesn't show the streamer, only some hex numbers it cannot connect to. When I try to stream to a headphone the node does not find any available headphone, where the headphone works fine with all other BT applications. Do I have an unlucky example of the node with a failing BT or could anything else be the cause of these issues? How do I find out?

Hello Ed,
When pairing Bluetooth devices it may take between 2 to 5 minutes for devices to appear due to the Bluetooth protocol standard. What I would suggest is to give your Bluetooth devices 2 to 5 minutes to appear and if you are still unable to connect, send us a diagnostic log from your Node 2i by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app so we can investigate this further for you.Regards,
