    Hi Greg

    • Please unplug all Players
    • Place your Phones or Tablets in Airplane mode
    • Turn off any other network devices
    • Unplug your router for 10 seconds
    • Wait 5 minutes
    • Start powering everything back up

    If problems persist or return, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may take a closer look at the Player Logfiles...
