Cannot add player to bluos app
AnsweredI have tried adding my powernode to the player list. It finds my player but it perpetually runs as “Preparing” and never successfully adds the player to the list.
i have tried both wired and over wifi and it does the same.
Does software upgrade have a role in this problem? Looking forward to a response. Thanks, YW

Kill the App and re-open it. See if the Player is set up and appears in the Player Drawer.
If it does not, visit www.bluesound.com/setup and use option 3 via a computer web-browser. If that fails, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com

It is rather sad my set is being bricked. It does not seem I have any luck with the support team.

YW TAN - What controller did you use to try and add the player? Android? And if so, what type of phone?
One of the problems I have had with two different Nokia AndroidOne devices is that adding players does not work, I think it gets stuck at the same point you mention. It works fine on two other Android9 devices I have which are not AndroidOne. Thought I'd mention it.
If that is the case you'll also experience some other issues as well.
