DROPOUTS STREAMING TIDAL

I am using the Bluesound APP with my Android Tablet.
The Node 2 got a cable connection to the router.
and now i have lots of dropouts.
what i can do?

Your Audio Drop outs are network related, even if your player is wired...
- Log out of TIDAL in the Bluesound App
- Reboot your router.
- Wait 5 minutes
- Reboot your Bluesound Player
- Wait another 5 minutes
- Log back into TIDAL
If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may view the log file...
