    Your Audio Drop outs are network related, even if your player is wired...

    • Log out of TIDAL in the Bluesound App
    • Reboot your router.
    • Wait 5 minutes
    • Reboot your Bluesound Player
    • Wait another 5 minutes
    • Log back into TIDAL

    If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may view the log file...
