It's even worse. They intentionally don't make it.
Because it's not "Universal".

Yeah I bet they thought the excuse of not wanting to end support for older macs because of not wanting to build two separate versions of the app (or a universal binary containing both) sounded pretty smart 4-5 years ago.
Even though that was a sad excuse back then, now it's just plainly obvious that their target users are on Windows or use Macs older that 5 years. Or maybe the Windows version of the software is just as bad, I don't know.0 -
@Janne Johansson
Well. Windows version also not very good but it's much better at least. It's way faster and snapper.
It seems to me like even running the same windows binary using virtual machine would be much faster than the Mac app. As a software engineer, I can not understand how they were able to make the same app this slower.

As a long time Bluesound user (since it was first launched) I will no longer buy any new products or recommend them to anyone. I will still keep it around for the moment since I have a BluOS module in my NAD receiver but I will look into how to migrate to something else.
The lack of support for Apple Music is another reason why the Bluesound will be my solution in the future.
