    Hi Michael

COAX output is non-configurable much like Optical output. If Optical is working but COAX is not, check your cable connection and see if something on the downside of the cable is not enabled on your third party DAC.

TuneIn did have a temporary disruption of service between Thursday December 19th and Friday December 20th. Service has been restored. If Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot of your Player does not restore your Favourites, please select Settings, Send Support Request so we may take a look at either or both problems.

    Thanks for the reply Tony,

The no coax output definitely lies within the Node as different cables and DACs were tried with the same result.

The TuneIn disruption permanently deleted all of my favorite stations, I never succeeded in retrieving them again.

As for your suggestion "please select Settings, Send Support Request so we may take a look at either or both problems"

I am unable to even access the Settings as indicated in my original post. I get a "Couldnt Load Settings" message each time I try to access them.

    Hi-Res

    Michael use email support@bluesound.com

I think a factory reset is on the cards… but you could try removing power for ten minutes to see if that helps.

And how would I go about a factory reset?

Problem is back up no longer works since one of last fw updates. There is another thread about that.
