    HI Anthony

The App is merely a remote reporting Player announcements. You can try reinstalling. More likely though, restart your router, wait 5 minutes, restart your players, wait 5 more minutes, reluanch the existing App.

If problems persist or return, contact our Support Crew at support@bluesound.com and they will be happier to take a closer look.

Im getting a lot of this also, often it takes several seconds to load the content and other times it just shows the error message "couldn't load content, try again" then I have to click this to remove the message. It shows many times even when content is loaded. I send support a message about it but no reply. In general the bluos app is really slow and often it takes several seconds to load an album page. Im using bluos with my ipad and iphone.

Yesterday I had Starlink installed to improve connectivity in the home. All my Network Devices are working fine accept the Bluos App. The Bluos App on my Apple iphone (used to stream QoBuz to a Cyrus Audio product) will not connect to my streamer. It says it's unable to load data. The screen is blank. I've deleted the App and tried to reinstall but unable to do so. It says "Allow Local Network Access" which I've done but it just hangs up and cannot be closed down without deleting the App again. Under Bluos setting on my phone it is switched "on" for both Local Network and Mobile Data. Is there an issue with my settings elsewhere, or is the App down at present?I've not experinced this problem before. It's now unusable.

Hi Richard, Bluesound don’t have any servers so there is nothing “down”. I have read on other hardware streaming forums that Starlink in not supported but with a Starlink Ethernet adapter and an additional Router (depending on Starlink hardware) have managed to make it work.

Best to contact Bluesound support directly to see if they can help support@bluesound.com
