It takes an infinity to load up, its like back in 2000 when mac OSX first came out. Is it under emulation or something, can it not be improved?

  In BluOS Network Discovery is not cached nor does it use a cloud based system but happens in real time. Network Discovery can vary from environment to environment. It can also vary based on security options you are running on your PC and how many background process are running. Anything more than 5 seconds however does seem long.   Timed on an M2 MacBook Air: 20 seconds from launch to locating 7 players. 

  Not exactly an infinity but slow in comparison to other apps.

  It's because the controller is not a universal binary.

  I've requested this well over a YEAR ago: https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/18360160825367-MacOS-App-4-0-0-why-no-Universal-binaries

  But Bluesound doesn't seem to know and care what a UB is. Looking at development over the last year it's clear they aren't innovative at all. Just some bug fixes here and there but they really don't listen to users beyond that.
