Frequent UI refresh

BluOS app for Mac M2 (OS15.0)  The controller interface refreshes frequently as opposed to the iOS version which never refreshes. During the refresh, one cannot use the interface at all. The fresh can take several seconds, sometime up to 20 seconds, to return to its' usable state. Normal or not? Known issue or feature.

The unit (Node) works like a charm... love it!!!

  No not normal, but Bluesound refuses to make a universal binary of the app to speed things up.

  I asked this a year ago: https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/18360160825367-MacOS-App-4-0-0-why-no-Universal-binaries

  They don't seem to fully understand what a universal binary is.
