Bluos problem

I own a Buesound node2i. So far I have been satisfied with both it and the BluOs app. However, I am very disappointed with the BluOs after the last update. NO more horizontal view, NO album covers, no option to choose old view (on your site you talk about 4.4.12 but only 4.4.11 is available on Google play). App tested on Lenovo Tab M10 and Samsung A55, both have the same issues.
After reading on the forums the problems have been there for some time but your techs are not fixing them.
Because of the above, I decided to replace the Bluesound streamer with another brand, as I see that proper technical support cannot be expected from you.

Suggest you contact support as missing albums and horizontal view are not things that have been removed.
Either use the App to send a support request or an email to support@bluesound.com
EDIT 4.4.12 is a firmware for NAD devices so won’t show on an App Store.

The removal of horizontal view was noticed by quite a few other users, apparently a bug in the latest update. See https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/23844863459863-No-screen-orientation-after-updated .
Album covers are still there (but on a tablet, they are too big in my view).
