    Hi John

Harmony Remotes are a special case as they are learning remotes. Like Bluesound Players, both are blank... Please see this Help Centre Article; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005566768

As a test can you try using a TV IR or similar remote control instead of the Logitech?

I use a "Superior Simply" remote control.( Amazon)

As the name divulges it is a cheap and simple "learning" remote.

My old JVC remote was used to send commands to the Simply and then use these for the IR learning on the Node. Of course, I no longer have any JVC devices as these would also respond to the IR. Moreover it's a 2 channel remote, so I also use it for my amplifier. One remote to rule them all!

Maybe you have some old remote lying around.

    Works very well indeed.

    Thanks Tony.
I did add the Node to my Hub as a NAD M12. (Why does the code correspond to a power amp, even though the Node is a streamer/player?)

I then followed the steps in the Help Center article. When I try to program Play or Pause, pointing the remote at my player has no effect. I have tried different distances, angles, and durations of pressing. Sometimes the Node panel lights up when the remote is directly above it, but still no check mark appears. What am I missing?
Seppi and Alain, I appreciate the suggestion to try another remote. Unfortunately my other IR remotes are in storage - the whole point of getting the Harmony was one remote to rule them all, rather than a dozen different ones cluttering my living room. :)

You have to program the Harmony to send some codes prior to getting your Bluesound device to learn those codes.

As support have said it’s a learning remote, Bluesound hardware does not sending any codes out for it to learn.
