    As Alain says a factory reset won’t fix anything. But Something would be different with the replacement:

    Its network name
    IP address (check the old one did not have a reservation in the Routers DHCP scope)
    Shared path / directory structure
    Login credentials
    SMB settings

    If you are struggling in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.

    I don't think a factory reset will be needed or solve the problem. Can you access the NAS with another device like phone, pc, laptop,...?
