    HI Jurgen

    Please select Send Support Request from the Settings menu of the BluOS App so our Support Crew may take a closer look. Please also include the make and model of your TV along with television content source (Disney+ through Apple TV or Netflix on TV Built in App...)

    For me the problem is not solved but what I find very funny is that the problem comes after 37 minutes… and no i have note activated any timer

    Hello. My problem is still not solved but the guys from support are trying their best. But did you really delete the comment from the other guy?
